Inspect the selected object before printing
A single appointment and a month overview are different things to print. Start by selecting the event or choosing the date range and view that answer your question. Use the information command to inspect the object when the visible title is ambiguous. Two appointments with similar names can differ in location, calendar or occurrence date, so do not rely on the short label alone.
Use the print preview as the final check
The print shortcut opens a workflow that still needs review. Check the displayed dates, the selection, the amount of information included and the destination. A PDF agenda for your own reference may require less detail than a calendar you intend to share. Avoid including private event titles simply because they were visible in the calendar when you started the print command.
Compare a day agenda with an event printout
Choose a quiet practice day, inspect one event, and open the print dialog. Cancel after reviewing the preview, then change the selection or view and compare the next preview. You do not need to use paper or create a file to understand the difference. If the preview includes the wrong period, return to Calendar, correct the view or selection, and try again.
