Privacy policy
The shortcut reference runs locally on your Mac. This policy separates the public website, information you send to support, and the online licensing and payment services planned for the paid app.

Who to contact and current availability
KeyboardShortcuts.pro is an AltCorp product. The public website provides shortcut guides and information about the planned Mac app. App sales are closed; the named legal supplier, service address and applicable checkout details will be provided before purchases open. AltCorp is the trading brand, not a claim about a registered company name.
Send privacy questions or requests to pashaseenainc@gmail.com. Please describe the relevant website interaction, purchase or device without sending your full license key, payment card details or private documents. The legal operator's full identity and service address must be confirmed before paid services open.
What stays on your Mac
With macOS Accessibility permission, the app reads the selected application's exposed menu commands and their keyboard bindings. Auto selection uses the active app's identity; pins change picker order. Known sensitive menu branches, including history, bookmarks, recent files and window lists, are skipped. Filename, path, URL and quoted-content filters further restrict labels. Menu coverage depends on what an app exposes and is not guaranteed to include every shortcut.
Menu readings stay in memory; the app does not upload them as analytics or save a raw menu catalog to disk. Per-app highlights persist as opaque action IDs alongside local appearance, search-trigger and app-selection preferences. The app does not record ordinary typing, read the clipboard or document bodies, or execute another app's shortcuts when you click a row.
An optional global trigger observes the configured shortcut or modifier gesture to open the reference. This is not a typing history. macOS controls permission; you can revoke it in System Settings. Revoking permission stops live menu discovery. Local preferences can be removed with the app's data; removing an app alone may leave macOS Keychain records behind.
Website visits and support
The site does not currently include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or a marketing mailing-list signup. Hosting and security providers receive technical requests such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and time to deliver pages and protect the service. Their infrastructure may keep operational logs; this is separate from tracking what you type or the apps you use on your Mac.
The primary keyboardshortcuts.pro website is hosted by Hostinger. A separate preview at keyboardshortcuts-pro.warriorsushi.chatgpt.site is published through OpenAI Sites and served through Cloudflare. That preview was observed setting Cloudflare's __cf_bm bot-protection cookie, which Cloudflare describes as expiring after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. This observation applies to the preview; it does not establish which storage Hostinger uses. Neither hosting connection sends us your Mac menu readings. Provider processing can occur across borders; no particular hosting country or automatic log-deletion period is promised here.
If you email support, your email provider and ours process the address, message, attachments and replies. We use that information to answer your request and resolve the issue. Do not include sensitive data or screenshots showing private menu labels unless needed; you can redact them first. We do not add support contacts to promotional mailings.
When paid activation becomes available
Activation will send the license key over HTTPS together with an app-generated device identifier. The server hashes the device identifier and stores a protected license-key lookup value, provider payment/grant/activation identifiers, product and offer, term expiry where applicable, and activation or revocation state. The app stores its device identifier and signed receipt in macOS Keychain. License keys must not be placed in public URLs or diagnostic logs.
The planned checkout provider is Dodo Payments. When checkout opens, Dodo Payments will handle payment and billing information under its own notices and merchant-of-record terms, including the seller identity shown at checkout. We do not receive full card numbers or security codes through our licensing implementation. Provider-confirmed transaction and license information is used to issue and manage access, refunds and fraud prevention. Opening this website does not start a payment.
A license-status request may check a signed receipt and activation state. Activation and deactivation need a working service; a valid local receipt supports offline use as described in the License policy. Menu labels, highlighted action names and ordinary typing are not part of licensing requests. The recovery form does not send recovery email or reveal whether an address has a license; support handles missing-key requests.
Purposes, recipients and retention
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we use contract steps or performance for purchase, activation and requested support; legitimate interests for proportionate service security and abuse prevention; and legal obligations for required records. Where consent is required for an optional feature, it must be obtained separately and can be withdrawn. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.
Information may be handled by necessary hosting, email, payment and technical service providers, and disclosed when legally required or necessary to establish or defend a claim. Providers may process information in other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards. The public website does not establish that the future payment deployment, its storage location or every provider relationship has already been configured.
Local preferences stay on your Mac until removed. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and related disputes. License and transaction records will be retained while needed to honor access, prevent reactivation of refunded or revoked licenses and meet applicable recordkeeping duties; a lifetime entitlement may require a long-lived record. Operational logs should be kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. We do not claim that the service already runs an automatic deletion schedule.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information about you, and request restriction, objection or a portable copy where applicable, by writing to pashaseenainc@gmail.com. We may need proportionate verification. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where a legal duty, unresolved dispute or continuing entitlement requires them; we will explain the relevant reason. Deleting required license records may prevent later recovery or activation, but is not a condition for obtaining other privacy rights.
You can also raise a concern with the data protection authority or other competent authority in your location. The service is not directed at children and does not knowingly seek children's personal information. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so it can be reviewed. Material changes to data use will be described here before they take effect where required; the date above identifies this version.
