Check that the selected app is correct. Auto follows your latest external app; manual selection stays selected until you choose Auto. Pinning affects picker order only.

Allow Accessibility for live menu discovery. Custom bindings, keyboard layout, language and app version can change the keys you see. Disabled menu commands may depend on your current context.

Websites inside a browser and apps with custom interfaces may expose limited menu data. Live rows use the keys actually exposed by the selected app; the reader does not append unobserved default bindings. Some app menus are created lazily. Retry after returning to the app if necessary.
