0.1.0 development: native menu-bar dropdown, per-app row highlights, compact grouped reference, local search, privacy-bounded menu discovery, and signed-receipt activation.

3 November: automatic discovery now reads uncatalogued app menus, ignores the utility's own activation, and distinguishes permission and reading failures. The popover grows with its content within the available screen. Public reference guides are documentation-checked; no customer app release has been published.
